Shakemap Emilia-Romagna-Modena Earthquake May 29th 2012

Figure 1 shows the shakemap computed by INGV using data of the Rete Accelerometrica Nazionale e Rete Accelerometrica Italia Settentrionale, for the peak ground acceleration (PGA) in %g.  This map was produced automatically using the data recorded by the seismic stations near the epicenter – (red triangles in Figure 1 – see also http://shakemap.rm.ingv.it/shake/index.html).
